I see ur Galaxy Angel fan, so am I,
You made an awesome background, I'm using it as my background now. Although the white letters kinda blends in with Milfie's shirt, I think you should change the color of the white letters (to teal?).

I'm trying 2 make a background too, but it sux, can you explain how to make a good one and where all the tiles are?
